Installments Condition Policy
The guaranteed settlement ahead of time ought to be made before profiting gotriponline services and to save the booking. On an affirmed basis, the remaining balance can be paid either before your departure from the respective country or upon arrival in the predetermined country, but certainly before the start of the services.
gotriponline maintains the authority to conclude the amount to be paid as an advance. Full payment in advance is mandatory in some exceptional cases such as Christmas, New Year, or during peak seasons.
Installment Mode
Advance abroad payments should be made through our bank via Wire Transfer.
Cancellation Policy
We must be informed in writing in the event of tour cancellation or any avoidable and justifiable reason for travel services cancellation. The charges for cancellation will be active from the date we receive guidance in writing.
Charges of Cancellation
For the Christmas and New Year period from December 20th to January 5th, the payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel the booked trip after it has started, your refund amount will be limited to the amount we can recover from the service providers or hoteliers, which is subject to our discretion.
Additionally, we will not be responsible for refunding unused bookings for hotel accommodation, transportation bookings, or missed meals, etc.
Wildlife Safaris Cancellation
If any Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are reserved for wildlife safaris or request for a date change, it will be considered as a cancellation and is non-refundable or subject to no changes.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
Please note that after the completion of the Tour/Service Cost, if there is any hike in costs, it will be charged as an extra.
gotriponline operates as an agent for airlines, hotels, contractors, and railroads offering additional services, and all receipts, orders, contracts, and tickets provided by us are subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by them.
All itineraries are samples, designed to provide you with a general idea of the typical tour plan. Some factors, such as road conditions, weather, and the physical capacity of the group, may dictate changes in the itinerary either while on the path or before the tour. We reserve the right to alter any schedule for the comfort, safety, and well-being of the tour participants.
Our charges are based on the normal charges negotiated with airlines, hotels, etc., and they reserve the right to change their charges without notice. In the event of such deviations, the rates mentioned before the change can be modified by us according to the adjustments made by the hotels or airlines. All hotel reservations are based on the normal check-in and check-out times of the hotels unless specified in the tour.
Liabilities Regarding Modifications and Delays
We will not be responsible for any modifications or delays, directly or indirectly, in the program or costs caused by flight cancellations, natural hazards, breakdown of machinery, accidents, weather conditions, breakdown of transport, illness, political closures, avalanches, or any unfortunate incidents.
Our Responsibility for Losses
We will not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to individuals or property, or in connection with any accommodation, travel, or additional services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of God, fire, hazards, accidents, breakdown of transport, breakdown of equipment, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, robberies, plagues, defaults, medical or customs regulations, or any other reasons beyond our control.
Insurance
We do not have an insurance policy covering costs for illness, accidents, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek travel insurance in their country of origin. All personal property and luggage are always at the client's risk.
