A refund for any PNR/Itinerary Receipt must be made within one year of the date of travel.
Currency- Charges & fares are payable in any currency accepted by the carrier. When payment is made in any currency apart from the currency wherein the fare is published, the price will be converted at the exchange rate established by the Carrier/Credit Card Companies/Banking rules. These rules can also apply to tickets purchased and refunds processed.

Each reservation made on gotriponline is subject to cancellation charges required by the airline, which may vary depending on flight and booking class.
Some bookings may be non-refundable according to the specific airline's policy.

Cancellation fees on gotriponline are based on the airline's policy, which may vary due to flight timings and booking class.
To cancel tickets within 24 hours of the trip, gotriponline recommends that clients contact us directly for refunds.
In case of issues such as bad weather, health-related concerns, or aviation authority issues, we request clients to call us, and we will assist in determining the best course of action.
If the flight has been delayed for more than 3 hours and the client wishes to cancel their trip, we request them to call us. The penalty charges applied on your ticket may be waived in this case.
If the client has already checked in, they need to wait for the next available flight within 24 hours.
Notification of Delays and Cancellations
gotriponline continuously updates the status of the flight. Our client care team will provide all relevant information about the flight, including cancellations, delays, or diversions. We recommend our clients to stay updated with flight status notifications.
Getting Rebooked
If a flight reserved for the client has been canceled or delayed due to any issues, and they wish to rebook the flight, we will do our best to secure their seat on another available flight.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to the carrier's fare rules and cancellation policy. Refunds will depend on gotriponline receiving the same from the carriers. However, the service fee paid to gotriponline at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
All cancellations must be communicated directly to gotriponline to initiate the refund process. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method, bank, etc. The refund will be processed after deducting the gotriponline service fee, which is separate from the convenience fee mentioned earlier.
Refunds will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the client used a credit card, gotriponline will reverse the charge to the same credit card; similarly, if a debit card was used, the refund will be credited to the same debit card.
In case of cancellation and refund of partially used tickets, any advance discount and promotional code rebates availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
All airline refunds/future credits are subject to each airline's fare rules, policies, and procedures. Service fees will be converted into your local currency on the payment page.

Service Fees on All Changes, Refunds, Cancellations, and Future Credits
Service fees will be charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis for all changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits.
Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier-imposed fees and charges.
Important Notes:
- Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless our Travel Suppliers' fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a no-show (most no-show bookings are ineligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.
- Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline's review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.
- Name Misspelling: If the passenger's name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID.
- Visa/Passport: A Visa/Passport decline letter is typically required to process a request.
- Baggage: Please retain all receipts and baggage tags.
- No-Show: Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required.
- Denied Boarding: Documentation explaining why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required.
- Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets reflecting identical itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request.
